Thoughtful therapy for meaningful change
I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and find your path forward
Understanding your story together
I don't believe I'm the expert on your life—you are. My role isn't to analyse or interpret what you're going through, but to help you navigate challenges in a way that feels right for you.
I approach our sessions with genuine curiosity rather than judgment, creating space for us to explore together what works for you and what doesn't.
Therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership, not a one-sided diagnosis.
A time to explore your challenges.
A space where you can speak freely, without judgment, and find clarity at your own pace
Whether you're facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, or simply feeling stuck, our sessions offer a safe space to work through what's weighing on you.
We'll move at your pace, exploring the patterns and beliefs that might be holding you back, and discovering new ways forward that align with who you are.
There's no pressure to have everything figured out—sometimes just having someone alongside you as you untangle things can make all the difference.
This is your time, focused entirely on what matters to you right now.
Working together
-
Face to face counselling can be great for creating a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. We can meet in Westbury on Trym or Clifton at the Practice Rooms.
-
Online sessions offer an accessible and convenient way to have counselling, to fit around your schedule from the comfort of home.
-
For people who might struggle to sit down and talk, or for those who enjoy being in nature, walk and talk sessions can be a brilliant way of accessing therapy. We can meet at various locations around Bristol.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on what suits you best. We might use talking, reflection, and sometimes practical exercises to help you gain clarity and build the tools you need.
The cost is £60 per session. However, I am passionate about making therapy accessible, so If the cost of therapy is a challenge I would welcome a call, free of charge, to discuss options.
If you are interested in working together, or have any questions, feel free to fill out the contact form below.
Once you have filled out the form, I will contact you to arrange a free 20-minute initial consultation online or over the phone to chat about working together and to answer any questions you may have.

Keeping it ethical
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The BACP is a voluntary regulatory body that requires its members to practise safely and ethically, and it ensures that certain training criteria and standards have been met. Further information can be found here.
I work within the BACP ethical framework which can be accessed here, and as such attend regular supervision and training.
If you are unhappy with the service and feel unable to talk to me, a link to the BACP complaints procedure can be found here.
